We have been working out of this spot for a while now. Our focus is on the engineering side of infrastructure, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about how things are put together. It is not always easy work. There is a lot of math involved and a lot of checking and re-checking things to make sure they are safe. We are a small team and we like to keep things straightforward. We don’t have any fancy brochures or big corporate offices. Our workspace is pretty simple, filled with drawings and local project files. Most days, we are either here or out on a site somewhere near Hardoi Road checking on progress. It’s a lot of back and forth, but we are used to it by now. We try to be honest about what can be done and how long it will take. Engineering projects can be complicated, and there are always little issues that need to be solved on the fly. We just take it one day at a time. Awas Vikas is a good area to be in, and we feel like we are part of the local scene here. We are just regular people who happen to know a lot about building and infrastructure engineering.
