Namami Homes Private Limited

We are set up in Gf-10 of the Shivam Ansal Building. That’s in RDC, Rajnagar. It’s a ground floor office, which makes it easy for people to just walk in and talk to us. We work on home projects and residential stuff. Rajnagar is a pretty active area, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. Most of our day is spent talking to people about where they want to live or what kind of house they are looking for. It’s not always easy because everyone wants something different. We have to juggle a lot of different tasks at once. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. We don't go in for all that polished corporate talk. We just tell people what’s possible and what isn't. Building homes involves a lot of steps, from the first drawing to the last coat of paint. We try to stay involved in all of it. There are often delays that we can't control, like the weather or waiting for materials to arrive. We just deal with it and keep the clients informed. It’s a straightforward business. We like being in the Shivam Ansal Building because it’s a central spot. We’ve been doing this for a while and just focus on getting the houses built properly. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning till night. We just keep plugging away at the daily tasks and managing the various sites we have.
