It is a decent spot in Ghaziabad. We do a lot of engineering work for infrastructure projects. Most of the time, the desks are covered in blueprints and technical drawings. We have a small team but everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. Indirapuram is a crowded place so getting to the office can be a bit of a crawl in the morning. We started this because we knew the area and saw the need for practical engineering. It is not about being the biggest, just about doing the job properly. We spend a lot of time checking measurements and talking to contractors. There is always a stack of files that needs sorting. We use simple tools and work through the problems as they come up. The walls are a plain white and we have some old chairs that have seen better days. It is a real workplace for real people. We don't go for anything flashy. Just engineering. Usually we are still here late at night trying to get the numbers right before a big deadline hits us.
