Our office is located at 389 Sector 14 in Vasundhara. It’s a decent area in Ghaziabad, fairly quiet compared to the main city chaos. N C Mittal And Company is just a small group of us working out of this space. We’ve got the 201010 pincode, which helps people find us on the map. The building isn't new, but it serves its purpose well enough for what we need. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive lighting because that’s not really our style. People who come to see us are usually looking for something specific, and they know we just get on with it. We don't have a big reception area with a person waiting to greet you. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. It’s a very informal atmosphere here. We talk about the news, have our lunch together, and work through the tasks for the day. Ghaziabad is a busy place, but Sector 14 feels a bit more settled. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us by name. There’s no big corporate strategy or anything like that. We just focus on what’s in front of us and try to get it done by the end of the day. Our desks are usually piled with files but we know exactly where everything is kept.
