MS BUILDVILLA LLP

We’re located at Plot No. 16 in Gyan Khand-II, which is part of Indirapuram here in Ghaziabad. MS Buildvilla is the name on the door, but it’s really just us working on local building projects. Indirapuram is a busy spot these days, always something new going up. We stay pretty busy trying to keep up with the demand. Our office is a simple place where we manage the day-to-day stuff. We aren't into those fancy presentations or using big words to sound important. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors or making sure the plumbing is going in right. It's a lot of phone calls and checking on the guys at the site. Sometimes we have to deal with noise complaints or traffic blocks, which is just part of working in a place like Ghaziabad. We’ve been around the neighborhood for a bit, so we know most of the suppliers nearby. We don't do much advertising; usually, someone just sees our work and asks for our number. It's not a glamorous life, being in construction. There’s a lot of mud and sweat involved. But we like the feeling of finishing a job. If you’re near Gyan Khand-II, stop by. We might be out at a site, but there’s usually someone around to talk. We’re just regular people trying to build decent places for other regular people to live and work in. It takes time, but we get it done.
