Sahibabad is one of those places that never really sleeps, and Jhandapur is right in the middle of it. Our place at Plot No. 4/2 is on the ground floor, which is lucky because we move a lot of heavy stuff. Being in Site 4 Industrial Area, you're surrounded by other workshops and the sound of metal hitting metal. Motocop Systems is where we spend our lives making parts and systems that go into bigger machines. The floors are concrete and always have a few scuffs, and the lighting is just those long tube lights that hum a little bit. We keep the doors open when it’s not too hot to let some air in, though you mostly just get the smell of diesel from the trucks passing by. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a while now. We don’t really bother with suits or ties; we wear clothes that we don't mind getting a bit of grease on. There’s a lot of measuring and double-checking involved in what we do. If a hole is drilled a millimeter off, the whole thing is ruined, so we have to be careful. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down over the industrial park. We don't have a big marketing team; we just have our tools and our hands. It gets dusty and loud, but that is just the way it is in a place like this.
