MNG REAL ESTATE DEVELOPERS LLP

Our office for MNG Real Estate Developers LLP is in Patel Nagar II in Ghaziabad. We are located at ANC-5. The business is run by the family and my father, Parmatma Sar, is the one who really got things moving. We deal with real estate development all over the city. Ghaziabad is a crowded place these days and finding good land isn't as easy as it used to be. We spend a lot of our time looking at different plots and checking all the titles to make sure everything is legal. It is a lot of boring legal work before you can even think about moving any dirt or starting a foundation. Patel Nagar is a decent enough neighborhood to work from. We have a small setup with a couple of old desks and a lot of filing cabinets that are starting to overflow. Real estate is a tricky business because the prices change every other week. We try to stay honest with people about what a piece of land is actually worth. We do not use those high-pressure sales tactics you see on TV. If someone wants to buy or develop something, they will. We just give them the information they need. Sometimes the office gets really busy and other times it is quiet for days. We use the quiet times to catch up on all the government filings. It is not the most glamorous job in the world, but it is what we know. We grew up around here so we know the city.
