MMX Multiplex

We’re right on GT Road in Mohan Nagar. If you’ve ever driven past, you’ve probably seen the building. It’s a busy spot because GT Road is always packed with trucks and cars. The noise from the highway is something you just stop hearing after a few weeks of working here. Inside, we have a few different screens for movies. The lobby is where we spend most of our time, either selling tickets or bagging up popcorn. It’s a lot of standing around until a movie finishes, and then it’s a mad dash to get everything cleaned up for the next group. We see a lot of people who are just stopping by because they’re traveling on the road. The parking lot is usually full of dust because of all the construction nearby. We try to keep the inside as clean as possible, but it’s a battle with all the foot traffic. The snacks are standard, nothing you wouldn't expect at a movie theater. We have a routine down for most things. The staff here is mostly local folks. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just showing films and making sure the projectors don't skip. It gets pretty busy on holiday weekends when everyone has time off. Mohan Nagar can be a tough place with the traffic, but we’re a steady fixture on the road. We just open the doors, let people in, and keep the show going until late at night, making sure everyone has a seat and a clear picture.
