You can find us over at A-32, Site IV in the Industrial Area of Sahibabad. It is an industrial zone, so it isn't the prettiest place to look at, but it’s where all the real work gets done. We handle real estate and property matters, mostly focusing on the commercial side since we are surrounded by factories and warehouses. The air is always a bit heavy with the smell of industry around here. My desk is usually covered in site plans and old ledger books. We’ve been operating in Sahibabad for quite some time now, so we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. It used to be much quieter, but now there are trucks moving in and out at all hours. We aren't some big corporate firm from the city. We are just people who understand how these local plots work. A lot of our day is spent on the phone or walking around different sites to see how things are progressing. We don't have a fancy receptionist or expensive furniture. We just have a couple of desks, a computer that works most of the time, and a lot of local knowledge. Dealing with land can be complicated, and we just try to get through the paperwork without too much trouble. It is a practical business for practical people. We stay busy and we stay local, focusing on what is right in front of us every day.
