MKA Projects Private Limited is located over at Villa 68 in the Green Residency area of Chipyana Bujarg. It’s a bit of a different setup since we’re in a villa, which gives us a lot more room than a typical storefront. Ghaziabad is a busy place, but our little corner in Green Residency is actually quite calm. We use the space to coordinate our project timelines and meet with the teams. You’ll usually find us sitting around the main table with a bunch of drawings spread out. It feels more like a home office than a corporate building, which we actually prefer. It makes the long hours a bit more bearable. We’ve got 201001 as our pin code, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a bit. There’s always someone coming or going, whether it’s a delivery or one of the site supervisors dropping off reports. We don't have a big fancy sign out front, just the work we do. Most days are spent on the phone or driving out to check on the progress of various sites. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everything is moving along as it should. We like the pace of things here in Chipyana Bujarg. It’s a good spot for us to keep our operations running without too many distractions. Just a group of people working on local projects. Sometimes it gets a little loud when we all get talking, but it’s fine for our needs.
