We have been running Minimax Systems International Pvt. Ltd. from our small office here in Rameshwar Prak for quite a while now. Being located in Loni, Ghaziabad, we are right in the middle of a very busy industrial area. It gets pretty loud and dusty outside, but we just keep our heads down and get through the daily tasks. Our address at D-80 is where we handle all the technical work and keep track of our systems. We are not a big company with fancy brochures or a glossy website. It is just us, a small group of people who know how these machines work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at screens to make sure everything is running right. The traffic in Ghaziabad can be a real pain sometimes, and it often makes our deliveries late, but we just deal with it. We don't have any big corporate speeches to give. We just come in, drink our tea, and start working on whatever needs doing that day. Most of the people working here have been with us for years, so we all know the routine pretty well by now. If a customer has a problem, they usually just call and talk to one of us directly. We try to keep things simple and honest. It is a bit messy in the office sometimes with all the paperwork, but that is just how a real business looks when people are actually working.
