Mindteck Inc. is located at K.E. 25 in New Kavinagar, Ghaziabad. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood, not too far from the main hubs but tucked away enough that it isn't constantly loud. The office itself is a straightforward space. We don’t have any of those bean bags or fancy coffee machines you hear about in startup offices. We have some desks, okay lighting, and a lot of folders. The 201002 area is familiar to us, and we’ve been around here long enough to know where to get the best snacks nearby. Most of the time, we’re just busy with the day-to-day tasks that come our way. Ghaziabad can get really hot, so the AC works overtime in the summer months. It’s a bit of a trek for some people to get here, but we like the location. It’s got a bit of a local feel to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work properly and go home to our families. Sometimes the neighborhood kids are playing cricket outside, which can be a bit distracting, but it’s fine. It’s just a normal place where work gets done. No big speeches or fancy visions here, just people at their desks doing what they need to do to keep things running. The walls are a little bare and the printer jams once a week, but we get by just fine.
