Midascope Infra operates from the 17th floor of the Charms Castle society in Raj Nagar Extension. It’s a bit different because we are inside a residential complex. Kapil Jain handles most of the day-to-day things from here. Ghaziabad is a place that is constantly growing, and you can see new buildings popping up every week from our windows. We do infrastructure work, which involves a lot of coordination and managing different sites. It is not always easy, especially with the traffic in Raj Nagar Extension. We spend a lot of time on our phones or at our laptops, making sure materials are being moved and workers are where they need to be. We don't have a fancy storefront where people walk in. Most of our business happens through word of mouth or long-standing connections in the industry. It’s a lean operation. We don't have unnecessary staff or big departments. Everyone here knows how to handle a bit of everything. Sometimes the office feels a bit small, but it works for what we need. We don't talk about goals or anything like that. We just focus on the project at hand and try to make sure everything is sorted out. It is a lot of hard work and late nights, but that is what it takes to keep things moving in a place like Ghaziabad. We just take it one day at a time and keep going.
