We are based at 41356 Shalimar Garden Extension 1. It’s right on the 150 Feeta Road, near the Ajnara Estate area. It’s a very busy part of the world, and there is always something going on outside our windows. At Metro Tech Developers, we mostly focus on local land and building projects. The office isn’t much to look at, just a functional space where we keep our records and meet with people who are interested in the area. We have a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We’ve seen Shalimar Garden grow quite a bit over the last decade. It used to be a lot quieter, but now it’s full of new shops and apartments. We are just a small group of people trying to make a living in the development business. It’s a lot of paperwork and dealing with different offices, which can be a real pain sometimes. We don't have a big fancy showroom with models of buildings. Usually, we just take people out to the actual sites so they can see things for themselves. It’s more honest that way. Some days the phones don’t stop ringing and other days we just sit and plan for the next month. We aren’t trying to be the biggest developers in the state. We just want to finish the projects we started and move on to the next one. It's practical work and we enjoy being right in the middle of the action.
