Merino Services Limited

Our office is at House Number 25 in Swasthya Vihar, near the Sarvodaya Hospital in Modinagar. It’s a bit of a residential feel since we’re in a house, but it works for us. Urgendra Kumar Bhardwaj is the one who keeps everything running here for Merino Services Limited. We are located in Ghaziabad, and being in this part of UP means we see a lot of local faces. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a lobby. It’s a place where we sit down, have some tea, and get to work. We’ve been here for a while and the neighborhood is pretty quiet, which helps us focus. We don't have any formal mission or vision statements. We just try to get the work done right so we don't have to do it twice. The desks are a bit cluttered and the chairs are worn, but that’s because we’re actually using them. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the business inside out. We handle all the service requests that come through the door or over the phone. Sometimes we have to run errands around town to get things sorted. We don't spend much time on the computer unless it's for work. We aren't trying to be the best or the biggest, just a reliable place for people to come to. It’s a practical, everyday kind of business. We’re just regular people doing our jobs and getting through the day.
