MCS Buildtech Private Limited is up on the 3rd floor of Angel Mall in Kaushambi. Being in a mall is a bit different for a construction company, but Ghaziabad is a busy place and it is a central spot for us to meet. We have been handling various build projects around the city for a while now. The office has a lot of files and computer screens, but the real work happens out at the dusty sites. We do a lot of tech-based building stuff, trying to make things a bit more modern for our clients. It is not always smooth sailing; sometimes the supplies do not show up on time or the traffic in Kaushambi makes everyone late for the morning meeting. We just deal with it as it comes. We are not the type to wear suits and ties every day. Most of us are more comfortable in boots and jeans. We talk to architects and then we go out and tell the guys what needs to happen on the ground. It is a lot of coordinating between different crews. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a job is going to take six months, we tell you it will take six months. We do not see the point in making promises we cannot keep just to get a contract. Ghaziabad is growing fast, and we are just happy to have a hand in some of the new buildings going up.
