Mbv Properties is located at R-138 in the Railway Enclave over in Pratap Vihar. If you’ve ever been to Ghaziabad, you know it’s a busy place with a lot of noise and people moving around. Our office is right in the middle of that energy. We mostly handle property matters, which involves a lot of sitting around and talking to people about where they want to live or what they want to buy. It’s a pretty simple operation. We don’t have any high-tech gadgets or a front desk person in a uniform. It’s mostly just us and some filing cabinets full of old folders and site plans. Some days it’s quiet, and other days the phone won't stop ringing with people asking about prices in Uttar Pradesh. We spend a lot of time driving around looking at different plots of land, making sure the boundaries are where they should be. The traffic in Ghaziabad can be a real headache, so we end up spending half our day in the car. But that’s the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to get through the week and make sure our clients aren't confused by all the legal stuff that comes with buying property. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down. We've got a small kettle in the corner for making coffee when things get really hectic.
