Manoj Kumar

I’m based out of Panchsheel Nagar in Hapur. If you know the area, it’s not too hard to find where I work. It’s a modest setup where I spend most of my day dealing with various local issues and paperwork. Hapur is a place where people still value a face-to-face conversation, so I get a lot of walk-ins. My office doesn't have any of those modern glass partitions or expensive furniture. It’s just a room with a desk, some chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets. I’ve worked in Panchsheel Nagar for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow and change over the years. My name is Manoj Kumar, and I handle the daily operations here by myself most of the time. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with the amount of filing to do, but I manage. I don't have a big mission statement or any marketing slogans. I just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and start on whatever is at the top of the pile. People come to me when they need things sorted out without a lot of fuss. It’s a local business in every sense of the word. I know most of the people who walk past my door. It’s a steady life and I'm happy with how things are going. If someone stops by, I usually have time for a quick chat and to listen to their concerns.
