I am Maheshmishra and I work out of my place in Sanjay Nagar, Ghaziabad. The address is K-1105 in Sector 23. This is a residential area mostly, so it is quite calm compared to the industrial parts of the city. I’ve lived in U.P. for a long time and Ghaziabad has its own rhythm. My setup here is very basic. I have a room dedicated to my work where I keep all my papers and tools. It is nothing like those big offices you see in Noida or Delhi. It is just a home-based business that I started a few years ago. I like being in Sector 23 because it is close to the market but still quiet enough to focus. Usually, I spend my mornings catching up on things and the afternoons dealing with visitors or phone calls. Sometimes my family helps out if things get too busy. We don't have any big advertisements. People just find out about us from their friends or family. Ghaziabad can be dusty and loud, but inside Sanjay Nagar, it feels a bit more relaxed. I don't follow a strict corporate schedule, I just work until the job is done. It is a simple way of living and I am quite content with how things are going. There is no stress of a big boss, just me and my work. I think it’s better to keep things this way for now as it works well for everyone.
