Maduri Technobuild Private Limited has its office in Flat Number 10136. We are way up in Tower 10 of Aracon Golf, which is part of the GH-7 area in Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad. Living and working in a place like Crossing Republik is interesting because it is almost like a city within a city. Our flat is where all the technobuild planning happens. The view from Tower 10 is actually quite something, though most of the time we are too busy looking at our screens or talking to contractors to really notice it. Ghaziabad-201016 is a busy pin code, and there is always something being built nearby. We fit right into that atmosphere. Getting up to the 10th floor every morning gives us a bit of time to think before the phones start ringing. It is not a traditional office by any means. We have turned the rooms into workspaces where we can spread out our charts and files. Sometimes the elevators are slow, and that’s when we end up chatting with the neighbors or other people working in the tower. It’s a very human way to spend the day. We aren't interested in being some high-profile firm with a lot of ego. We just want to make sure the work we do from Flat 10136 is solid. We deal with the usual ups and downs of project work, but we stay focused on what needs doing right now.
