Mactrol Motion Control Pvt. Ltd. is situated in the Merrut Road Industrial Area, at B-16/2. This area is pretty much what you’d expect from an industrial zone. It’s loud, it’s busy, and there’s always something being loaded or unloaded. We have been working out of this spot for a long time now. The building is a functional space, mostly dedicated to the motion control equipment we handle. We have the workshop area in the back and a small space for the administrative stuff up front. The floors are concrete and have some stains from years of work, but that’s just part of the history of the place. We start our mornings with a quick check of what came in overnight. Our crew is experienced, and most of us have been here since the early days. We don’t go in for big meetings or long speeches. We just look at the schedule and get to it. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of life here. The Merrut Road traffic can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we usually try to wrap things up and head out before it gets too bad. It’s a plain, honest shop where we focus on the hardware. We don’t try to make it look like something out of a magazine.
