Maa Sattviki Construction & Developmentprivate Limited

We’ve been around Vibhav Nagar for a while now. It is a busy part of Sec-03 and we see a lot of changes happening every day. Maa Sattviki Construction & Developmentprivate Limited is just a small team working out of here. Most of the time we are busy with local sites or checking on materials. Building things isn't always easy, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate or supplies get delayed at the gate. We spend most of our mornings planning out what needs to be done. It is a lot of coordination between the guys on the ground and the people supplying the bricks and cement. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because we are constantly coming in and out from the sites nearby. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they have questions about a project. We do not really do much fancy advertising or anything like that. It is mostly just about getting the work done day by day. We have seen Sec-03 grow quite a bit since we started. There is always someone asking about a new wall or a repair. We try to keep things straightforward and do not make promises we cannot keep. It is hard work, but seeing a structure finally stand up is a good feeling. We stay rooted here in Vibhav Nagar because it is where we know the people and the land. There is no big corporate office, just us and our tools.
