M-Tech Developers Ltd operates out of Sahibabad, which is over in Ghaziabad, U.P. Our specific location is in Shalimar Garden Extension-2, right in the B-Block area. We are based in a residential flat, specifically Flat No. S-4 on the second floor of Plot No. B-49. It’s not the kind of place you would expect for a big company, but it works perfectly for us. We don’t have a glass office building or a big sign out front. It’s just a regular flat where we’ve set up our desks and computers to handle the daily grind. The second floor can be a bit of a walk when the weather is hot, but we are used to it by now. Being in a residential block means it is mostly quiet during the day, which helps us stay focused on the tasks we have to finish. Ghaziabad is a bustling city, and being in Shalimar Garden puts us in a good spot where we can reach different parts of the NCR easily enough. We’ve been at this address for some time and have gotten to know the neighborhood quite well. Most of our work is done right from these rooms. It’s a very hands-on, practical environment without any of the corporate fluff you see elsewhere. We just focus on getting things done from our small office in B-Block. It’s a simple, honest setup that suits our way of working just fine. We like that the local market is just a short drive away.
