The office is a simple place where we handle the books and meet with people. It’s not very big, but it’s enough for what we need. We spend most of our time out at the actual building sites around Ghaziabad and the surrounding areas. There’s a lot of dust and noise involved in what we do, but that’s just construction for you. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their friends or neighbors. We’ve got a regular group of workers who know the drill. It’s a lot of hard work, especially during the peak of summer when it feels like the bricks are melting. We just keep at it. Sometimes there are delays at the supply yard or the trucks get caught in traffic, which happens a lot around here. We just deal with it and move on. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big talk. We just want to make sure the buildings we work on are solid. We eat our meals on the go and usually end the day covered in some kind of grit. It’s just the way it is. We like being part of the local building scene.
