Lepton Software Exports Research Pvt Ltd

We are Lepton Software and we work out of H-8 in Sector 23, Sanjay Nagar. Ghaziabad is a busy place to be. Our office is in a building that’s seen better days, but it’s home to us. We do software research and exports. Basically, we write code and study how things work on computers. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking. We have a small team of programmers who are really into what they do. The office is usually quiet, except for the sound of typing and the occasional argument about a bug in the system. We have old whiteboards filled with scribbles that nobody ever wipes off. It’s a bit messy, to be honest. There are coffee cups everywhere. We don't have a big HR department or any of that corporate stuff. We just get our work done. The internet goes down sometimes when it rains hard in U.P., so we usually take those breaks to go outside for a snack. We’ve been doing this for several years now. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep doing our research and making decent software. It’s a bit of a trek to get here from the main city, but we like the quiet of Sector 23. It helps us focus on the screens without too much noise from the street outside.
