Our office is located at 12 348 in Sector 12, Vasundhara. That’s in Ghaziabad. Lbp Software Solutions Pvt Ltd has been here for a while. It’s a decent neighborhood with a lot of shops and houses around. We have a small team working on various projects. The office isn't anything special to look at from the street. We have some computers, some chairs, and a lot of cables running everywhere across the floor. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don’t do the whole corporate dress code here. Most days it’s just jeans and t-shirts. We focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to get them done. Sometimes we hit a snag with the code and stay a bit later than we planned. There’s a small park nearby where some of us go for a walk during lunch. It helps to clear the head when things get stressful. We don't have any big meetings or long presentations. We just talk across the desks when we need to figure something out. It’s a very informal way of working, but it seems to work for us. The building itself is a bit old, and the lift sometimes makes a weird noise, but it gets us to where we need to be. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a simple life here in Ghaziabad.
