You can find us at B-237 in the Lajpat Nagar area of Sahibabad. It is mostly a residential part of Ghaziabad, so it does not feel as frantic as the main city center. We have been operating out of this building for a good number of years. It is an older structure, but it serves us well. We spend a lot of time talking with the ladies from the surrounding blocks who have been coming to us since we first started. The setup is quite simple with just a few chairs and mirrors. We try to keep the floor clean, but hair always seems to find a way into the corners no matter how much we sweep. When the monsoon rains are heavy, the street outside sometimes gets a bit of water standing in it, which makes it tricky for people to get to the door. We stay open regardless and just wait for the sun to come out. It is a family-run business, so my cousin comes in to help when we know it is going to be a busy day for weddings or parties. We usually keep some biscuits and snacks in the small back room for our breaks. The sign outside has faded a bit over time, but everyone in the lane knows where we are. We do not have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just enjoy the work and the people who come to see us.
