Lakhmi Developers (Opc) Private Limited is basically a one-person company, though we have people who help out on the sites. Being on Rakesh Marg is great because it’s a well-known area and easy for people to find. We do a lot of development work, which usually means a lot of running around and making sure things are actually getting built. The JK Complex is a busy little hub, and we’ve been there for a good bit of time. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image. We just work hard and try to get the details right. Development is a tricky business with a lot of moving parts, and we handle the daily grind of it from our small office. Sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day to get everything done. We don't have a bunch of corporate fluff to tell you. We are just here on Rakesh Marg, doing the work we know how to do. If you need to find us, just look for S.N. 5. We are usually there or out at a site checking on the progress. It’s just a normal business run by normal people who know the local market. We take it one day at a time and try to stay busy.
