Ksp Realtech Llp

Our place is in Tower 1C, Flat No. 105, over at Golf Link right on NH 24. It’s a handy location since the highway is right there, though the traffic can get pretty loud sometimes. We work on real estate stuff under the name Ksp Realtech. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us working out of the flat. We’ve got some computers and maps spread out everywhere. Most of our time is spent talking to people about property or checking out sites nearby. The area around NH 24 has changed so much lately with all the new buildings going up. We try to keep track of what’s happening. Real estate can be a real headache sometimes with all the documents and legal things you have to get right. We don’t have a big receptionist or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working at our desks. We aren't about big sales pitches or trying to look like we’re more than we are. We just know the local property market and try to give people the straight facts. Sometimes the elevator in the tower acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It’s just how it is. We’ve been doing this long enough to know that things take time and you can’t rush the process. It’s a basic business run by people who live nearby. If the flat door is closed, just knock hard.
