KRN Buildtech & Consultant LLP operates out of Gaur City in Greater Noida West. Our office is actually Flat No. 340, located in the F Block of the 1st Avenue. It’s a busy part of Uttar Pradesh, and Gautam Buddha Nagar always feels like it is under construction no matter which way you look. We spend a lot of our time as consultants, which basically means we listen to people's plans and tell them what might actually work. The buildtech side of things keeps us grounded in the reality of materials and timelines. Being in a residential block like 1st Avenue means we are right there with the people we are working for. It isn’t some high-rise glass office; it’s a place where we sit down with blueprints spread out over the table and try to figure things out. Sometimes the lifts are slow or the parking is a mess, but that is just life in Gaur City. We deal with a lot of different projects around the 201009 area, and each one has its own set of problems to solve. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, we just want to do the job right so we can go home at a decent hour. Most of our day is spent answering emails or heading out to various sites to see how the work is actually going. We like the work, even when it gets complicated.
