KRGE Infra (OPC) Private Limited has its office in Unit 15 on the first floor of Sunrise Mall in Sector-11, Vasundhara. It’s a handy location because it's easy for people to find, even if the mall itself gets a bit noisy on the weekends. Being an OPC means it’s a small-scale setup. I mostly run things myself or with a bit of help. The office is small, just enough space for a desk and some chairs for visitors. Most of my day is spent dealing with infrastructure projects, which involves a lot of back-and-forth with different vendors and workers. Vasundhara is a busy area, so there’s always something being built or repaired nearby. I don't believe in having a polished corporate image. I’m usually in my work clothes, ready to head out to a site at a moment's notice. The paperwork can be a bit much sometimes, but it’s part of the deal when you’re running your own company. It can get a bit lonely being a one-person operation, but it also means I know exactly what’s happening with every job. There’s no middleman. If you come by the mall, you’ll likely find me buried in some plans or on the phone trying to coordinate a delivery. It’s just simple, straightforward work without any of the extra fluff. I try to stay organized and just take things one day at a time.
