Kptel Infrastructure Private Limited is run out of H.No-91/4 in Basantpursaintly, Muradnagar. It is a local operation, and we have been part of the Muradnagar area for quite some time. Infrastructure is what we do, which usually means we are involved in the heavy stuff that people do not always think about. Roads, pipes, foundations—that sort of thing. It is dirty, loud work, but someone has to do it. Our office is part of a house, which makes it feel a bit more personal than a cold office building. We sit around the main table and figure out the week’s schedule. There is a lot of arguing over which truck is going where and who is supposed to be at which site. It gets lively. Being in Ghaziabad, we have to deal with the local climate, which can be tough on equipment and people. We have had our fair share of broken machinery and late deliveries. We just fix what we can and keep the projects moving. We do not have a big website or a social media team. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our work around town. We prefer it that way. It is about being reliable and showing up when we say we will. We are just a group of local people working hard to make a living and build something useful for the community. It is hard work, but we like it.
