You can find us at Kotak Bank over at C 77 Rdc Raj Nagar. It’s a pretty recognizable spot in the neighborhood. People stop by all day long for different things. Some just want to use the machine outside, while others come in to sit down and talk about their accounts. We have a small team here working behind the counters and at the desks in the back. The air conditioning is usually running pretty high, which is nice when it’s hot outside. It’s not a huge place, so it can get a little crowded on Monday mornings or at the end of the month when everyone has errands to run. We try to keep the queues moving, but sometimes there’s a wait. That's just part of being in Raj Nagar, I guess. We’ve got our regular customers who come in every week and we’ve gotten to know them over time. The office is mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of paper forms. We don't spend much on decorations because we’re mostly focused on the transactions and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the day. If you’re walking down the road near C 77, you’ll see us. It’s a straightforward setup. We open early and close up once the work is finished. It’s a basic, functional space for everyone in the community to use when they need to handle their money matters without any unnecessary complications.
