You can find us over at FC 52 in Lajpat Nagar, Loni. It’s a pretty busy part of Ghaziabad, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been running Kodenco Solutions Private Limited from this spot for a while now. We aren't a big operation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us in a regular office space handling technical solutions. Most of our day is spent at our desks, dealing with whatever software issues or projects come across our path. We don’t really use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help people with their tech stuff and try to make sure everything works like it is supposed to. Loni is a crowded area, so getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic, but we like the energy of the place. We don't have a receptionist to greet you or anything. If you come by the office in Uttar Pradesh, you’ll probably just see us working. We try to be practical about everything. If a project is hard, we say so. We don't like to talk in circles. We just drink our tea, finish our work, and head home when the day is done. It’s a simple setup and it works well for us. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation; we just want to do decent work for the people who need it.
