We are found at CS-8 SF, Gyan Khand-1 in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Indirapuram is a huge area with lots of buildings, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is on the second floor, which is what SF stands for. It is a decent space for a construction-focused business like ours. We spend most of our mornings drinking coffee and looking over the schedules for our various nirman projects. The noise from the street below can be a bit much sometimes, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have a few guys who are always out on the sites and a few of us who stay back to handle the phone calls and the billing. It is not a fancy office by any means. We have some old filing cabinets that squeak every time you open them and a printer that jams once a day. But it is where we do our work. People in Ghaziabad are always in a rush, but we try to take things one step at a time. Most of our day is spent coordinating between suppliers and the workers on the ground. We don't have a lot of time for long meetings or corporate slogans. We just focus on getting the building materials to where they need to be. It is a busy life here in 201014, and we are just happy to have a steady spot to work from.
