Neron Informatics Pvt. Ltd. is over at Sector 14, Plot No. 6 in Kaushambi. It’s a pretty easy location to get to. We have a modest office space that serves us well. There are about ten of us on a regular day, though it feels like more when we’re all trying to use the same printer. We don’t go for the corporate look. Our desks are a bit cluttered with papers, coffee mugs, and spare cables. That’s just the way we work. Kaushambi is a nice area, and we like being situated here. We handle informatics and data stuff, which sounds complicated but we just take it one step at a time. If someone asks what we do, we just explain it simply. No need for those big, empty words companies like to use. We’ve had some late nights when a project gets tricky, but we usually make it through with some extra tea and some jokes. It’s a friendly atmosphere. We don’t have a big hierarchy; if someone has an idea, they just say it. We aren't trying to be the next big tech giant. We just want to do a decent job for the people who hire us. It’s a straightforward approach to business. We show up, we work, and we go home. It’s been working for us so far, so we don't see any reason to change.
