We have been operating out of number 414 on Jeet Pur Rawli Road for a while now. It is a busy stretch in Muradnagar, especially when the trucks are moving through. Being based here in Ghaziabad means we see all kinds of weather, from the dusty summers to the heavy rains that make the construction sites a bit of a mess. Karanbharti Buildcon is not a fancy outfit. We are just a group of people who know how to put bricks together. We do not have a big corporate office with air conditioning everywhere. Mostly, we are out on the sites or sitting in the small room we have on Rawli Road. We deal with the local labor, we talk to the suppliers, and we try to make sure things get finished on time. It is a tough business sometimes because prices go up and workers don't always show up when they say they will. But that is just life here. We don't spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. People know where to find us if they need a wall built or a house started. We have lived in this part of Uttar Pradesh all our lives, so we know how things work. We just try to be honest about what we can do and what we cannot. It is just basic work for local people, and we are fine with that.
