Kaka Ji Madhavi Developers (Opc) Private Limited is based over at Jai Prakash’s place in Naglaa Molvi. It’s a small operation, mostly just focusing on local development projects. We aren't some big firm from the city. We live here and work here. Most of our days are spent checking on different plots of land or seeing how the construction is going on a small house. It’s a lot of detail work. You have to make sure the bricks are good and the cement is mixed right. If you don't pay attention, things go wrong quickly. We don't have a lot of staff, so we do most things ourselves. It keeps us busy from morning until night. Sometimes it feels like there isn't enough time in the day. We don't have a website or anything fancy. Most of our business comes from people just knowing who we are. In a place like Naglaa Molvi, word travels fast. If you do a bad job, everyone knows. So we try to do things right the first time. It’s not always perfect, but we stand by what we do. We’ve lived here all our lives, so we care about what happens in the neighborhood. It’s just plain, honest work. We don't need much more than that. We just want to keep the business going for as long as we can.
