Our business, KAIMRI INFRA INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, is on the 3rd floor of SCC Sapphire in Raj Nagar Extension. Specifically, we’re in unit B-402. It’s a modern building, but we’re just regular people working inside it. We handle a lot of infra projects from this office. Raj Nagar Extension has changed so much since we first moved in. It’s become such a hub. We don’t have a massive corporate structure. It’s just us, working through the daily tasks that come with being a private limited company. Sometimes the elevators are slow or the parking is a nightmare, but we make it work. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with big marketing talk. We just do our jobs and try to stay organized. Most of our day is spent looking at drawings and talking to contractors. It’s not always exciting, but it’s what we know. We have a small team and we’ve all been working together for a while now. We don’t use fancy slogans because they don't really mean much to us. We’d rather just show up and do the work. The office is a decent place to be, and it keeps us close to the action in the city. We’re just an infra company trying to keep things simple and get the projects finished on time. It’s a lot of coordination but we’ve got a good rhythm going now. We've seen a lot of businesses come and go in SCC Sapphire but we're still here plugging away.
