Just Better Homz Private Limited is based out of Cs-2 in Gyan Khand 1, right in the heart of Indirapuram. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a while, seeing all the new apartments and shops go up. Our work involves a lot of time spent on-site, making sure houses are actually getting built the way they should be. It’s not always easy, and there are plenty of days where we’re just trying to sort out minor issues with the plumbing or the walls. We aren’t a giant corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just us here in Indirapuram trying to do right by the people who move into these homes. We know the local roads and the local problems pretty well by now. Just Better Homz Private Limited is a small team. We talk to the neighbors and the local vendors every single day. Sometimes the office is a mess of papers and samples, but that’s just how we work. We don’t have a marketing department to write pretty things. We just tell it like it is. If a wall is crooked, we fix it. If the rain slows us down, we wait. We live and work right here in Gyan Khand 1. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We just want to make sure the buildings we work on stay standing for a long time. It is a lot of checking and re-checking every single detail to keep the job moving along.
