JSM PRO ERA is tucked away in Village Gijhor, which is part of Sector-53 in Noida. Our address is House Number 370, and it’s a bit of a mix between an old village feel and the newer parts of the city. Being in Gautam Buddha Nagar means things are always changing around us. One day it’s quiet, and the next day there’s construction noise down the street. Our office is more like a house because that’s exactly what it is. We don't have a lobby or a security guard at the front. You just walk in and see us working. It’s a bit informal, but we find that people actually like that more. They can just come in and sit down without feeling like they need to be on their best behavior. We handle a lot of things from this little spot in Ghaziabad. The desks are a bit cluttered with folders and notes we’ve scribbled down. It feels like a real workspace where things actually happen. We’ve got some fans going when it gets hot, and we share the space with a few desks and computers. It’s not a polished environment, and we don't try to hide that. We are just regular people in Noida trying to make a living and help out whoever comes through our door. The street outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, but we are always here, keeping the business going as best as we can.
