Jaiveer Laxmichand & Sons Develpoers Private Limited is located at Plot No. 130 in Satyam Enclavesahibabad. This is a family-run kind of place, and you can tell as soon as you walk in. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of receptionists. It’s usually just us and maybe a few of the guys who work on our sites. We’ve been in Sahibabad for a good amount of time, so we know the area like the back of our hands. Working as developers means we’re always thinking about the next step for a piece of land or a building. It’s a lot of responsibility and sometimes it gets stressful, but we manage. Satyam Enclave is a decent spot to be based. It feels more like a community than just a business district. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons out at Plot No. 130 or nearby projects. There’s always something that needs fixing or a person who needs to be called. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just do the work and try to keep things honest. Being a family business, we take things a bit more personally, I guess. We want the stuff we build to last. It’s just us doing what we know how to do, day in and day out, without any of that corporate talk.
