Itenic Technologies Private Limited is based at Plot No. 159/B in the Brij Nagri area of Nandgram, Ghaziabad. It is a bit of a local neighborhood, so you see a lot of the same faces every day when you’re walking to the office. The building is simple and doesn’t stand out much from the others on the street. Inside, it’s just a normal workspace. We have some desks, a couple of fans to keep the air moving, and a cupboard full of old files and extra keyboards. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, check our emails, and get to work on whatever needs doing. Sometimes the street outside gets noisy with traffic or kids playing, but we just shut the windows and keep going. We aren’t some massive corporation with a huge budget. We’re just a team of people who know how to handle technology and want to do a decent day’s work. There is always someone who brings in snacks to share, and we spend a lot of time just figuring things out as they come up. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like being in Nandgram because it feels real and grounded. No one is trying to be something they aren’t. We just take care of the tasks at hand and try to stay on schedule.
