Istanku Private Limited

We’re way up on the 20th floor of Supertech Eco Village I in Noida. Specifically, we’re in D2-2003. Being that high up gives us a pretty good view of Gautam Buddha Nagar, though we’re usually too busy looking at our screens to notice. Istanku Private Limited started because we wanted to do things our own way without all the corporate rules you find in the big office parks nearby. It’s a small team, and we work out of this apartment setup because it’s comfortable and has everything we need. Noida is a fast place, everything moves quickly here, but we try to keep our feet on the ground. We don't have fancy brochures or a sales team. If someone needs what we do, they usually find us through someone they know. The lift in this building can be a bit slow during the morning rush, so we’ve learned to be patient. We handle our day-to-day business with a lot of coffee and some pretty long hours. It’s not always pretty, and sometimes we’re just figuring things out as we go along, but we get the job done. We like the independence of being a small private limited company. It’s just us, doing our thing, 20 floors up in the air. We keep it straightforward and don't make promises we can't keep. It's just how we run things in 201303.
