Orbit Plaza is a pretty well-known spot in Crossing Republik, and that is where you will find Ishika Software Private Limited at 435A. Ghaziabad can be a bit loud and crowded, but once you get up to the office, things settle down a little. We have been working out of this space for a while now. It’s got that typical office smell of old paper and printer ink. Most of us live around here, so the commute isn't too bad unless the main road gets blocked for some reason, which happens more than we’d like. We spend our hours staring at screens and typing away. It isn't glamorous. There are a few plants on the windowsills that we sometimes forget to water, but they’re still hanging on. We don't have fancy meetings with big presentations; usually, we just shout across the room if we need something. The internet goes out once in a blue moon, and that’s when we all actually talk to each other instead of messaging. It’s a small team, really. We just focus on the software tasks we have on our plates. Sometimes the air conditioner is too cold, and someone has to find the remote to fix it. We aren't a big corporate machine, just some folks in Ghaziabad trying to get through the week and do a decent job of it. We take our tea breaks seriously and mostly talk about our plans for the weekend.
