We are located at Site-IV in the Sahibabad Industrial Area, specifically at No. 42/12-15. If you know where the Sabzi Mandi is, we are right near there. The smell of the vegetable market is something you get used to pretty quickly when you work here. It is a very busy area, especially in the early mornings when the trucks are delivering produce and parts at the same time. Our building is a standard industrial unit. We make tools and different kinds of metal components. The machines we use are heavy and they take up a lot of the floor space. We have a small area partitioned off for the paperwork, but most of the action happens out on the floor. It is often loud and the air can get a bit heavy with the smell of cutting oil and metal. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just wipes their hands on a rag and sees who is coming in. We have been in Sahibabad for quite a while now and we know most of the other shop owners on this block. We share tools sometimes or help each other out if a truck gets stuck. It is a working-class neighborhood and we fit right in. We don't put on any acts or try to sound bigger than we are. We just make the parts, check the measurements, and get them shipped out to whoever needs them.
