G. B. G. Engineering Tools

Our shop, G. B. G. Engineering Tools, is at B-64/C in Shyam Park Extn. It is a quiet corner of the neighborhood where we keep our inventory and tools. We have been here for a long time, mostly helping out local mechanics, builders, and hobbyists who need specific hardware. The shelves are packed pretty high, and it sometimes takes us a minute to find the exact piece someone is looking for. We do not use any fancy computer systems to track everything; we just know where things are from years of working in the same space. The shop is a bit dusty and the lighting is not very bright, but it is a functional place for people who know about tools. We enjoy talking to the customers who come by. They usually have a specific project or a problem they are trying to solve, and we see if we have the right tool for the task. We are not a big chain store, so we do not have uniforms or a set script for talking to people. It is just us. Sometimes we run out of a particular item and have to wait a few days for the next delivery. People do not seem to mind much because they know we will be honest about when it will arrive. It is a relaxed place where we focus on selling tools that actually last.
