Our place is located in Gyan Khand, right in the Indirapuram area. If you know where the Shiv Mandir is, we are just a short walk from there. You can often hear the bells from the temple in the mornings when it’s still quiet outside. Tribha Organic Products is run out of this office where we keep all our records and samples. It’s not a massive warehouse or a shiny corporate suite. We have wooden shelves lined with different jars and packets that we’re checking. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it clean, though someone is always tracking in dust from the street. Indirapuram is a crowded part of town, so there’s always people walking by and cars honking. We have a small balcony where we keep a few plants, but they don't always do so well in the heat. There’s a kitchen in the back where we make lunch. It’s a very informal atmosphere here. Most of us wear jeans and t-shirts to work. We don't really do big meetings with slide shows. We just sit around the main table and talk about what needs to be shipped out or what we need to order. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. It feels like a small family business because that’s how we run it.
