Ip-Mart

If you are walking near the Indrapuram Temple, you will find us pretty easily. Ip-Mart is right there where the crowd gathers. We don't have a massive warehouse, just this one spot where we keep our goods. The location is good because people coming to the temple often stop by to pick up stuff they forgot or just to see what we have on the shelves today. It’s a small operation. Most days it’s just one or two of us behind the counter. We spend a lot of time rearranging the displays because space is a bit tight. The lighting isn't the brightest, but it works for what we need. We get a lot of regulars from the neighborhood who drop in for a chat while they shop. Sometimes the supply trucks arrive late, and we have to scramble to get everything unloaded before the temple bells start ringing for the evening. It’s not a corporate setup with polished floors and uniforms. We wear what’s comfortable and talk to people like they are our neighbors, because they usually are. We try to keep the basics in stock so no one has to travel too far into the city. It’s a quiet kind of life here by the temple, except on festival days when the whole street is packed. We just keep the doors open and do what we can to stay busy.
