IJFT CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is located over in Shalimar Garden II. We have a small office at A-185/UG-2. It is a quiet area mostly, which is nice when we have to focus on drawings or budgets. We have been working in construction for a good while. Most of our projects are nearby, so we know the local suppliers and the guys who do the heavy lifting. It’s not a big corporate setup. We just have a few desks and some filing cabinets. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to say hello. We like being part of the SMG-II community. It feels more personal that way. Building things can be stressful, especially when materials don't show up on time or the weather turns bad. We just deal with it as it comes. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us who have known each other for years. We don't spend money on fancy ads. We just focus on the job at hand. If the work is good, people notice. That has always been our way. The office is easy to find if you are in the neighborhood. We are usually there by eight in the morning. It’s just a regular local business doing what we know how to do. We don't have any fancy mission statements or things like that. We just build stuff and try to make sure it is done right the first time so we don't have to go back. It's simple work.
